Geeta Charitable Foundation works to save the environment in partnership with people and groups from diverse sections of society. Our focus is on ensuring equitable and sustainable production and consumption of materials, and improved disposal of waste. Our initiatives include research, campaigns, building capacity among those engaged in recycling, and creating awareness about the need for Plantation of Trees. The environment is very essential in every aspect of life. Whatever present in our surroundings that affects our ability to live on earth like the air we breathe, the water we drink, plants and animals around us, the components like physical, chemical, biological, social. We strongly believe in the powerful combination of people’s potential and energy mixed with the knowledge and wisdom on issues of sustainable development. Our interventions hence, follow the pedagogy of intensive interaction with the citizens (especially youth, children and women) to engage them in the process of Change though Campaigns, Advertisements, Plantation Drives, Events, and Programs. Our mission is to inspire, create and support for the Environment – a just, equitable and sustainable society, for everyone and forever. We are also a helping hand for a government campaign Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. We also make short documentaries on save environment and plantation then we use them to aware school students and other groups of people to do some green for better tomorrow. We also work for reamed Natural disasters through plantation according to the climate and soil. We support to ensuring happiness for all as per our vision of the foundation.
